We blended the West Region rocha pear together with the refreshing aroma and the sweet and slightly spicy flavour of cardamom from India (Elettaria cardamomum), the third most expensive spice in the world.

We blended the Alcobaça apple together with the sweet aroma and delicate flavor of cinnamon from Ceylon (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), now Sri Lanka, one of the oldest spices in the worldy brought by portuguese sailors to Europe in the XVI century.

À maçã de Alcobaça juntámos o aroma doce e o sabor delicado da canela do Ceilão (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), atual Sri Lanka, uma das especiarias mais antigas do mundo trazida para a Europa por navegadores portugueses no séc.XVI. We blended the Algarve orange together with the spicy flavor of ginger from China (Zingiber officinale), one of the first spices that the Portuguese brought from India.

We blended the Fundão cherry together with São tomé and Príncipe chocolate, one of the best chocolates in the world, introduced by the Portuguese at the beginning of the XIX century.
